Report damage

Have you noticed any damage to your package or the goods? No problem, we are here to help you.

It's that simple:

Report the damage promptly:

Please let us know within 2 days of receiving your package if there is any damage. We want to make sure we can help you quickly, but unfortunately we are unable to accept any damage reports after 2 days.

Prepare the photos:

In order for us to assess the damage quickly and accurately, we need the following pictures:

    • outer packaging (to trace any transport damage)
    • Inner packaging (including the filling material that protects the item)
    • The goods as a whole and a detailed picture of the damaged part of the goods

Send the photos to us:

Please send the pictures and a short description of the damage to online @bushdoctor .at .

We take every concern seriously and will ensure that you get a solution quickly.

Please note: We can only issue you a damage report if we receive the photos within 2 days .
